No. All treatment is subject to clinical assessment and prescription medication will only be provided where it is considered safe and clinically appropriate.

Elevate Health 360 is an online service, with consultations carried out remotely by video or telephone.

You'll receive regular clinical reviews and ongoing support throughout your treatment journey, including monitoring of your progress, treatment response and any side effects.

You'll receive guidance about common side effects and how to manage them. If you experience symptoms that are severe, worsening or causing concern, seek urgent medical advice through NHS 111. In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E.

Yes. You'll be given information on how to contact the service if you have a treatment-related question or concern between scheduled reviews.
